Proud of myself

I am so happy. Hubby and I quit smoking 15 days ago and it worked. We just went cold turkey. No nicotine gum or patch, nothing. It is easier then i thought. I have barley any cravings. I already feel better. I can breath better and don't run out of air so fast. The day we quit i still had a full pack of smokes in my nightstand and it is still there, full. Yeah ,for me and hubby.:)

That is great! I'm really happy because my husband quite cold turkey also. 7 years now, no desire to take up the ciggie.

It does. I tried to quit before but hubby was still smoking so it didn't work back then.:)

I think cold turkey is the only way, it's the way I went 20 years ago. Congratulations to you both. :)
