Don't let your friend's disapproval make you think you are not worthy or are not a good Christian. I seldom go to church but I do pray to God every single day and I do try to be a decent human being. Jesus tells us that our belief is all that is required so please don't let this get you down. You're one of the kindest people on my friend's list and I don't like the idea of your suffering over this. Tell God how you feel. He will understand.
